Painting the landscapes and skyscapes of the places I travel to and the neighborhoods I live in reminds me that connecting with nature, color, and people is sacred and my antidote to fear. No biggie.   

 

Over the past 21 years, I’ve lived in eight San Francisco neighborhoods. Now in The Outer Richmond, I’ve been painting the views from my walks around Sutro Park, Lands End, Golden Gate Park, and Ocean Beach. I've been trying to capture the way the light changes the colors of the fog and clouds moving through the neighborhood during the day and the wallop of awe I feel.
